Terms of Service (Beta)

1. Beta Release

gptuber is currently in private Beta. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features of the Beta at any time.

2. Local-First Processing

All document intelligence, PDF parsing, and Large Language Model (LLM) inference are performed strictly on your local physical machine. The cloud-based coordination tunnel is solely an ephemeral bridge to connect your authenticated devices.We do not host, store, inspect, or process your files or chats.

3. Acceptable Use & Account

You agree to use our tunnel coordination servers responsibly and not disrupt service availability. Accounts (via Google) are used exclusively to secure and coordinate your private tunnel connections.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, gptuber and its creators shall not be liable for any data loss, service interruptions, or hardware issues resulting from your use of this Beta software.
